- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Standard repairs are flat rate prices. Larger jobs are priced based on time and materials. We provide free estimates because it's hard to troubleshoot most plumbing issues over the phone.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer I want to give them the best experience from start to finish. I work around your schedule and price everything up front. I'll present you with a few options for repairs and let you make the best decision for you. When I walk away from a job I want my customer to be satisfied with the work and feel that they are better off for it.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 10 years of hands on experience. Certified in OSHA 30. Over 5 years managing large construction jobs from start to finish.
