The guys moved my stuff from a one bedroom apartment into a storage unit with no problem, however they did not have any wrapping material like the other movers I’ve used. Still I left them with a good tip. The problem came when i moved again from the storage unit into an apartment. I found out that when they disassembled my bed, they they didn’t have the proper tools and ended up stripping all the screws and did not mention anything to me. Guess it didn’t matter to them since they didn’t have to reassemble it. The screws are no longer usable, and the special sizes cannot be purchased at Home Depot or Lowe’s, so now I have to hope that the manufacture can send me replacement screws.
