FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our standard pricing system is similar to the market norm. If we are helping a buyer, all fees paid come to us from the seller's side of the deal. There is no cost of working with us. If we are helping a seller, then the fee is 6% of the sales price, of which 3% goes to us, and 3% to the eventual buyer's agent. There are some unique situations that might alter this model, which would be discussed at the first meeting.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
This always depends on what work the client is requesting. Regardless of that work, the first thing we do is sit down and discuss the client's situation in detail (financial situation, timetable, goals, etc.) so that we can work out a detailed plan on how the move forward.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The company was created and is being run by mechanical engineers. Along with the standard real estate training requirements, we focus on our additional training that we've received both at University and over 10+years in the engineering field. This helps us understand the financial situations of both the client and the home they are looking to buy/sell. Along with the engineering background, years spent rehabbing and renting homes, helps us give a rough idea of potential issues with a home, ideas for remodeling, and costs associated with both.
