I'm very pleased with this contractor.
(1) He is on time. He said he would be at my home at 7:00A, and he was so promptly on time. For both days, he arrived exactly on time.
(2) He is very knowledgeable on what he is doing. When my structure and civil engineer inspected Mr. Chavez's work, he was very pleased on Mr. Chavez's experience and workmanship.
(3) He is a very clean contractor. There was no dirty food and drink trash I needed to clean up.
(4) He cleaned the site extremely well also. I'm absolutely glad that no dirt, digged up grass, or concrete mix I had to clean up.
(5) My new neighbor and another friend were very pleased on my extended concrete backyard. So, they will hire him when their home is ready to extend the backyard concrete.
This is the first time I use thumbtack to hire a very experienced and knowledgeable contractor, Mr Chavez. I have to say I am 100% satisfied and highly recommend Mr. Chavez to all my friends and new neighbors in my neighborhood.

Mr. Chavez came by on Tuesday, by Thursday afternoon, he had completed my sidewalk. He was very professional and did excellent work. He was also friendly and very personable and I would certainly recommend him to anyone.
