Did a great job on our engineered hardwood floors. he was a great communicator- always confirmed the day/time and let me know when he was on his way. We had good conversations while he worked as well. He was very knowledgeable about floors and cleaners and also personable. I would have him back to do my floors again later and happily recommend his work to others.
