FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Making them feel comfortable enough to trust that you are here to provide a service and not rip them off in any type of way
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
You don't need a college degree to do embroidery even though I have mine in Social Work, I am very knowledgeable and continue to learn so that my customers have a great understanding if needed
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started doing puff paint art in college, on tshirts, boards/oars for social club, I loved when it was time for someone to go over because it was then my time to show my creative side. After graduating I wanted to expand, I wanted to find a way for my work to last a lifetime. I visited my 1st quilting show and was so impressed, I knew exactly what I needed and wanted to do. I purchased my 1st commercial embroidery machine in 2007 and fell in love. I would go to my full time at the time anxious to get home and play on my machine, the 1st Year was like a practice run but I never gave up or quit, May 2007 will be 10 years doing custom embroidery
