Donald is not only a long-time mentor of mine, but he is a resplendent motivational speaker. We hired him to come and speak to our Sales & Marketing team and he rocked the house! We all walked out motivated and ready to sell. One of his tips that resonated with the entire team was to "always create a compelling event" when dealing with prospects. He not only motivates, but gives you detailed examples on how to stay motivated whether you're waiting on a deal to close or you just need to get to work in the morning. Highly recommend his services.

Because Donald asks the right questions and really listens, he helped me to better articulate and understand the real challenges I faced as well as to develop a vision for my professional and personal life. From there, I was able to establish specific goals to not only direct my path into the future but to also have a clear understanding of my priorities. This helped tremendously with my making decisions about on what to spend my time; I am much more thoughtful about potentially wasting time on activities that are not aligned with my goals and priorities.
