- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Dream Inspired Floors will always have fair market pricing. We are always willing to work within each customers budget. We want each customer to get the most bang for their buck. Whether we are doing a complete house or just a simple bathroom, we only charge for what the customer asks or needs. We will not try to upsell and convince customers to pay for more than what they should.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For each new Dream Inspired Floors customer, we first love to talk to them and learn a little bit more about what they are wanting or needing. We do this to help determine what would be the best floor covering or direction they should go with their remodel. Next step is to get accurate measurements of what customers are wanting so we can go back and get them the best possible price for the work they are wanting to get done. Once we send out an estimate, we give 24 hours to let each customer review it for themselves before we call and make sure everything is understood in the quote and discuss any questions or changes they might have. After approval of the estimate, a deposit will be taken and timeline of completion will be discussed. Once all materials are in, work will be started and completed as discussed (barring changes). Upon, completion, a final walkthrough will be done with the customer, and final payment will be due.
