- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not have a standard pricing system for my service. After our initial conversation, I will put together a solution that makes sense from a technical and budget perspective. I believe in a business relationship built trust, longevity and value.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For Projects: During our initial meeting, we will listen to your needs, then collect any information needed evaluate your current environment. We will document current settings, then make any backups if necessary. At that point, any recommendations on how things can be improved with current systems, upgrades, or replacement will be discussed. Your network will be stress tested to make sure it can handle any new applications or services that are to be added. We will meet with you at this point to go over the plan of action, and present diagrams to aid in translating our ideas.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 18 years experience as a IT integrator, having served numerous roles from support, implementation, sales engineering, and cloud services provider. I have gained numerous prestigious IT certifications over my career, including CCNP-V, CCNP, CCNA, MCSE, MCSA, A+.
