- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am $60/hour bring-in or $85/hr if I go on-site.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Try gauge their comfort with computers so I know what level of information they may want or be able to comprehend about the problem of the technology that is in front of them. It's important to not talk "over" their head and confuse them. I think I have the capability of conveying technology in a way that it's not overwhelming or scary.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 25 years experience in the I.T. industry, with experience in DOS, Windows 3.1, Windows 3.11 for Workgroups, Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows ME, Windows 2000, Windows NT, Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10, and all flavors of Mac OS 8/9, and OS X. I am certified in Dell, Microsoft, and Apple (ACMT).
