- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?The first session allows for an overview of what the client's expectations are and allows the client(s) to get to know the therapist and therapist's style. A treatment plan is devised for all clients, usually by the third session so that the client and therapist have clear direction regarding the goals and objectives.
