- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For the great quality and service we offer, our price is really good, they could find other companies offering the same for about double the price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we make a detailed diagnosis on their AC & Heating Equipments and Ductwork, we ask our customers for important information about the way the AC System works. Based exactly on their needs, we make an offer to cover the actual deficiencies of the system. Either they are looking for a repair, maintenance or a complete update we have options on cash price or lots of financing options available for your convenience.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All our service technicians and installers have more than 5 years of experience in the HVAC industry also the supervisor is NATE Certified.
