- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We strive to exceed your expectations. During the consult we work strive to meet your budgets demands while ensuring a quality product. We have both a standard menu of items as well as a premium menu to allow a wide range of individuals to enjoy our flavorful cuisine.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process starts with you, the customer. When we receive requests, we carefully review each detail before making a qoute. We present a sample of what to expect with the qoute and present optional items that can be added or substituted. Once in contact, we fine tune the details over a short consultation and present the finished agreement.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have a staff that is 100% food handling certified and 100% of our management team is food manager certified. Along with this as a whole our team has 50+ years in experience with servicing customers with a smile.
