- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The rate for the move is based on three things. 1, MOST IMPORTANT IS The size of the Move This can be easily calculated by submitting a list of items to be moved. 2 from where to where the customer is moving 3. What type of services is needed do we need to pack or partial pack? Or is the customer going to pack their own boxes. We have three levels of service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Each customers different with different needs so we Taylor The service according to their specifications. The first step is to either obtain an inventory of the items to be moved Over the phone or via email. Another option is having a free on-site estimate where we send one of our estimator to their house and calculate the size of the Move. With an on-site estimate the right is guaranteed and it is a binding Rate That includes all services needed Once we calculated move size we will provide the customer with a written estimate with the inventory of the items and total capacity. To reserve the move we require a 10% payment. The remaining balance Is paid as follow 50% of the pick up may be paid via credit card, check, cashiers check, money order, or cash. The remaining 50% is due at the delivery payable via cash or postal money order
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in logistics and have been in this industry for over 25 years. We are licensed by the US Department of transportation. And also hold a Texas DOT license
