- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We use flat rate pricing to give the customer piece of mind. By using flat rate pricing, we give you the price up front once the problem has been diagnosed. The price is for completing the job/task and does not use per hour charge. We have discounts available through our Maintenance program. This provides our customers with discounts on repairs, priority service, and no over time fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is to make contact with the customer, get information on the service that is being requested and set up a day and time to meet. We will diagnose the problem and recommend the required service, repair or product.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm licensed through the State of Texas. We regularly attend factory training.
