I’m a 4 time world champion Muaythai and Lethwei fighter. I’ve lived in Thailand for 6 years. I’m certified in nitro on and fitness as well as personal training and Inhave college credit in business management. I offer training session by session as well as packages and programs.

Cyrus is the best Muay Thai coach in Houston and by far my best coach period because: once you tell him a goal he won't rest until you mentally, and physically accomplish it, he invokes and makes sure his students prove inviolable at all times, and he sincerely cares which is rare and priceless in these microwave instant gratification days. Bottomline if you truly wish to take your love of the eight limbs to the next level both inside and outside the ring you need to train with Cyrus. #DynamiteMuayThai #Notfortheweak

If you want true training in Muay Thai, don’t waste energy researching. Save that energy for when you start to train under Cyrus. You will get a real experience of Muay Thai, not a “decorated one”. So many coaches claim to know Muay Thai and they do not. Cyrus Washington is a true example of a REAL Muay Thai fighter and he knows how to train you as one too, which is a rare combo to come by. Some fighters can fight but can’t coach, and some coaches can coach but not fight. Cyrus has both areas down to an amazing formula and technique you will not find anywhere else.
