Royal Air has replaced my air conditioning units and performs my twice annual inspection of heat and air. They are professional, on time and fair and reasonable. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

The technician Jeffrey was very professional and friendly. He came by explained what the problem was in dumbed down terms. We proceeded to go ahead with the service and he finished very quick. Will definitely be using them again.

I shopped around and they offered me the cheapest price and installed a new unit the same day. After the new unit was installed they called and made sure everything was working great. Then a day or two later a man named James called me and came to my house and wanted me to tell him everything they did right and also wanted to know what it was they could have done better.......That is customer service and a company that wants to do right by the customer. James was so nice that we had him over for dinner that night and would do so again at the drop of a hat as well as use royal air again.

Just wow! Ever wish you had a company that remembered what customer service is.....well this place does. They respected my house and informed me of everything they where doing as well as how to use it. I also received a follow up call just to make sure I was happy.
