- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a one hour fitness consultation. This helps me determine where you are at currently with your fitness level, what your goals are, how many sessions you want to do per week in line with your budget, and gives me an idea of your movement by going through some basic movement patterns. After the consultation, if the client and I think we would be a good fit working together, we would begin training sessions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was a Division I and Professional Volleyball Player in the past. Strength, cardio, and core workouts were always part of my life training to that high of a level. I am a competitor and understand the body and what it takes to get it to the level you want it to- safely and effectively. I am certified in the following: ACE Personal Trainer, TriggerPoint Trainer and Brand Ambassador, TRX Level 1&2 Trainer and CrossFit Level 1 Trainer
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with all clients. My youngest clients were twin 10 year old boys working on speed and agility for football and I've worked upwards of people in their 70s. My core group tends to be women in the 35-60 range, but I do work with a lot of men and athletes outside of that range.
