FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a free consultation to my clients so that we can both get to know each other a little bit before we train together. After the consultation, we both will have a better idea if our training is going to work out the best for both of us. As far as session pricing, I feel that $30/session is very reasonable compared to local gym pricing. However, $30 is not standard. I am willing to work with a client on affordability as well.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always like to start with a consultation of the past history with the client -Injures -Medications -Experience exercising I also like to go over what their goals are, or if they have certain things that they would like to train for. Getting these questions answered first and foremost allows me to use my professional expertise to not only devise a program for the client, but also will allow me to be fully transparent with the client of what it is going to take to get them to their goals. Additionally, in the consultation I like to find out a general idea of what the client currently eats, and suggest different and healthier options of how they can put better quality foods in their bodies.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I played all sports growing up Hockey (12 years) Baseball (6 years) Soccer (2 years) Football (3 years) I also trained as a professional wrestler at 15 years old and have 7 years experience as a pro wrestler until I retired last December due to some neck issues. I have been a personal trainer since 2012. I hold certifications through NASM (Certified Personal Trainer, Fitness Nutrition Specialist) and I have trained all spectrums of clients with differing goals, wants, needs, and experience levels. I recently completed NESTA Physique and Figure training for those clients looking to compete. I have also trained in other levels of training through NASM: -Bodybuilding -Plyometrics -Resistance -Speed, Agility, Quickness -Core Strength -Flexibility I have also had to learn through trail and error in my early years how to exercise and eat properly. I have experienced injuries and setbacks along the way just like many others. I am confident that with my knowledge and experience I can help any client with their wants/needs/goals.
