Introduction: Creative design builder. I seek to find the hidden opportunities to deliver better form and function to my home owners. I personally perform all aspects of the work from CAD drawings to CNC cabinet making. I also try and help my home owners through the disruption of remodeling to make it as easy as possible. Sometimes a telephone call to keep folks informed is very comforting. That's my goal. Probably not the cheapest, but hopefully the best value and in the end that is what we are all needing - VALUE! I love the design phase to find hidden value of space use and function. Demo is good for a good cardio workout. Construction is a constant exercise of thinking through the whole process and what is needed 2 or 3 steps ahead.

I hired Glenn to remodel my three bathrooms. I was careful and vetted and bid multiple sources, but Glenn clearly was the best choice. I was not disappointed. Not only was the quality of his work top notch, but his creative ideas led me to change my plans -- for the better. Since the remodeling Glenn has been back for a lot of different projects. I am amazed that his talents and skills seem to be unlimited. Good at business (MBA), and a craftsman extraordinaire. Glenn Brooks is a consummate professional and excellent at his craft. I had a special project that I wasn't certain he would be interested in doing. He was immediately at my house, making measurements and the project was completed by the next day. Cannot recommend him highly enough. He is also a great person and trustworthy in addition to being so great at what he does.

Glenn is a great guy to work with and you can always get a hold of him as needed wither to discuss an overrun or make a change to the order, not like many contractors that disappear mid way through the job. personally Glenn is a pleasant person to work with and very professional

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I want to deliver value. Intergrity, honor and craftsmanship are core values to me so I want to provide function that's lasting and form to meet a budget. I can make a proposal meet budget targets. I've never turned a project away for money. My business has a lot of ministry overtones.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet with them, listen to what they want done, measure the space and provide CAD drawings, revise the drawings to more closely match the needs and budget, prepare a budget and revise as needed. often budgets go up in some areas and down in other areas to most closely deliver what home owners want.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Nearly 20 years in remodeling. Very technical by nature. Very inventive and curious. I got an MBA in 1995 to help me commercialize my concepts. The Contractor's Board of California loves MBAs and gives it special treatment to get licensed. Recently I have become expert in a number of energy saving technologies like solar, wind, lighting, battery back systems and tankless water heaters.
