FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every situation is different, so we really have to see the property and scope of project to give an accurate quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We come take measurements and ask a few questions to find out exactly what you want out of your project. We go back to the office, build a material list and labor chart. Once we have this put together, we email you a quote. After you decide you want us to perform your work, we get an autograph from you to confirm that you want it built. We schedule the day to start the project and collect a material deposit of 50% of the total project cost. We work delengently until the project is completed. Upon completion, we request payment via cash or check. At this point, we will ask you for a couple of referrals. If there is any issue with your project, we are only a phone call away. We offer a 5-year worksmanship warranty on all of our construction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We maintain constant contact with our suppliers to stay informed of products that may benefit our clients. I attend trade schools to sharpen skills and in turn I teach employees the right way to build our projects.
