- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge by the job. There is generally more to a job done right than the customer thinks about. I charge a fair price for someone that wants to be in business for many years. I don't over charge. I want to build life long customers that are happy to refer their friends to me, not just do a job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If it is a renovation project I meet with them to throughly discuss the practicality of the project, options and timeline. If it is a simple project this can be accomplished over the phone. We agree on work to be done and set a time to begin.
