- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is determined by the square footage of the job and/or the work that is required to complete the job. There is a job minimum of $300. For small pieces that can be transported to our warehouse, we can do the work at our location for only $75 per hour (one hour minimum). *Customer must be able to transport piece to and from our warehouse.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With most jobs with new and current customers, we will set up a time convenient for the customer to do a FREE in-home estimate. This gives us the opportunity to determine the best course to take to get the results you are looking for and you the opportunity to get to know us.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
John, the owner of DeRoth, Inc., has over 20 years experience and is a Certified Craftsman in Stone Restoration. He has personally trained and continues to train all our technicians.
