Used AC Catering for a backyard retirement party. We had a fairly basic menu - smoked meats, salad, and mac and cheese. Everything was great. We had 2 food servers and one bartender for the duration of the event - all staff members were professional and courteous to my guests and I. I will definitely use them again if I need catering help in the future. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?AC Catering strives to price fairly & competitively. We only use high grade, quality meats & ingredients, so sometimes our prices fluctuate with the market value. In order to keep proposed estimates low, we quote based upon cash payments. If a customer wants to pay with a credit card, there is a small 3% convenience fee on the total amount due.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Preferably, we like to talk to the customers on the phone first to discuss their event. The customer can express exactly what they are looking for in detail and we can, in turn, explain how we can meet those expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?We are licensed in both food safety and alcohol safety procedures. We adhere strictly to the Health Department food safe handling guidelines and take it very seriously!
