Introduction: My job as a fitness consultant finds me working with a cross-section of different clients helping them meet a wide variety of needs. I love working with clients to tailor a programme to develop their skills and fitness by combining exercise with healthy eating tips, nutritional education and encouragement to lead a sustainable healthy lifestyle.
I am a skilled Rehabilitation Trainer having studied with the American Council of Exercise (Modules 1-4). This allows me to work with clients that are looking to recover from post-surgery,sports and injury pain. My goal is to get you back to your job, home and your life as quickly as possible.
My skills are diverse but I am always looking to develop myself personally and aim for continuous professional development to ensure I am one of the best in my field.

I am proficient in several languages, my native tongue is Lithuanian but I am proficient in German, English, Spanish and Russian. My language skills have been key to my career having started work initially as a translator in my home country of Lithuania but also working in Spain and Bahrain. I love to travel and experience different cultures and relish to opportunity to work with different people and challenges.
