Introduction: My job as a fitness consultant finds me working with a cross-section of different clients helping them meet a wide variety of needs. I love working with clients to tailor a programme to develop their skills and fitness by combining exercise with healthy eating tips, nutritional education and encouragement to lead a sustainable healthy lifestyle. I am a skilled Rehabilitation Trainer having studied with the American Council of Exercise (Modules 1-4). This allows me to work with clients that are looking to recover from post-surgery,sports and injury pain. My goal is to get you back to your job, home and your life as quickly as possible. My skills are diverse but I am always looking to develop myself personally and aim for continuous professional development to ensure I am one of the best in my field. Fully qualified personal trainer (CIM Spain 2009) and specialist in - personal training - rehabilitation training - strength training - boot camp - TRX suspension training - pilates - nutritional guidance I am proficient in several languages, my native tongue is Lithuanian but I am proficient in German, English, Spanish and Russian. My language skills have been key to my career having started work initially as a translator in my home country of Lithuania but also working in Spain and Bahrain. I love to travel and experience different cultures and relish to opportunity to work with different people and challenges. I enjoy working with my clients inspiring and motivating them to achieve true health and fitness working closely to create a plan to achieve their specific goals and objectives in order to create a health body and mind.

I had the opportunity to train with Rita for more than 3 years in Bahrain. I extremely enjoyed the workout, as they were customized to my needs, always kept me motivated, and helped me into reaching my personal fitness goals. Rita is an amazing personal trainer, she never sticks to a certain routine and keeps on raising the bar while keeping you motivated and believing that nothing is impossible. I personally got the chance to try different workout routines with Rita, since I trained with her before, during, and post my first pregnancy. With her help I was able to drop the 48lb. of baby weight I gained during my pregnancy in 5 months. I would highly recommend Rita as a personal trainer as she is extremely amazing in her field.

I trained with rita for afew years and i was very pleased with the outcome. Although we were in a group session, she managed to control and monitor technique during our repetitions focusing of the various parts of our body. Every session was new and exciting, so i never got bored. In our sessions, Rita switched from friend to trainer which gave no opportunity to cheating and slacking. Our sessions were fun, dynamic and exciting. She modified each workout to suit the limitations with each one of us and worked with us. The end of the session left us energised and sweaty waiting for the next session. It was very hard to find someone else like her after she left bahrain. I wish Rita luck on this new front.... guys.... she is worth it.!!!!

Rita trained me for good two years plus. She concentrated on weight and strength training along with TRX. Throughout our time together i seriously benefited from her kickass training programs. She knew exactly what i needed and tailormade exercise programs to fit my level of fitness. We had routine workouts but she added new exercises that increased my fitness level, strength and challenged me. Her training sessions were never boring, i always looked forward to my session with her. In addition to that she has good knowledge of health, nutrition and body. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a personal trainer👍🏼 i started with her and then four of my friends also hired her as their trainer 😊

Rita is an extremely experienced physical trainer. Her workouts leave you feeling accomplished and satisfied. I'm an 80% disabled Veteran. Rita has fine tuned exercises basted on my injuries and now I'm stronger than I ever have been!

Rita got me back in shape. She helped me build up endurance, flexibility, and helped me tone my body. She pushed me to do things I didn't know I could. Rita knew how to keep me focused on my goals and helped me attain them. I loved working with Rita!
