State your fees in writing up front. You tacked on a $50 consultation fee after the work was done that my wife paid while I was gone.

They were great to work with. Responded quickly. Flexible with the work that needed to be done. We had the chimney crown rebuilt and some tuck-point repair done. Also cleared out main drain and connected kitchen sink to plumbing stack and installed a clean out.
