Introduction: I do work for a 300 unit apartment complex in Kansas city. I carry 1,000,000 liability insurance coverage. I feel that I stand out because I am fluent in multiple trades. Hvac, Electrical, plumbing and carpentry. I have seen every type of problems out there and have always come up with the solutions on how to solve them I love hands on work and creating . Seeing my customers happy after I complete a Furnace install in the cold of winter, or replacing an electrical panel bringing light in darkness gives me an inner sense of joy. I do custom rustic wood furniture creations and wall art murals and when a client loves my work enough to display it in their home gives me great pride. I just love helping people

We initially hired Scott to re-caulk our bathroom shower. He did a nice job on this project, and so we had him return for a couple of other small jobs. Specifically, we hired him to lay some tile, hang a ceiling fan, and paint/repair a section of our kitchen ceiling. He did an adequate job on the tile, and a good job on the ceiling fan. The ceiling fan actually required some creative troubleshooting, which he was able to do. The same cannot be said of the kitchen ceiling. It was a disaster. It was puffy, uneven, blotchy, and the texture application was absolutely horrible. It became very apparent the next day in broad daylight, so I reached out to Scott by text. I told him we weren't happy with the result, but that he didn't need to fix it, and I didn't need my money back. He did offer to fix it. I politely declined. What happened next was truly crazy, and the reason that I am taking the trouble to even write this review. After declining Scott's offer to fix (because frankly I didn't think he could fix it, although I didn't tell him that) - he fires back this ridiculously aggressive text whereby he tells me that we have no room to complain about workmanship because he charges "rock bottom prices," and further, he had been fixing random stuff in our house all week unbeknownst to us. He went on justifying his shoddy workmanship in other ways and taking a very threatening tone. I found Scott's response to be very unprofessional and incredibly unecessary. It made me extremely uncomfortable. I would caution anyone looking to hire Scott to keep the following in mind: (1) he is chronically late (like hours late); (2) he works best with a very limited scope of work; (3) avoid anything involving paint; and (4) be wary of his passive-aggressive attitude.

Scott was nice and easy to work with. He took a much closer look at my system than I was expecting and cleaned out a specific dirty part with extreme detail. Very pleased, would recommend.
