I had a backsplash done in my new home in my kitchen. When it was finished, I was so pleased. It was beautiful. I couldn't have been more satisfied.

Just moved into my new house and the carpet was a mess and kitchen floor was super outdated. They were able to come install during the times that were convenient for me and my family and had the job done in no time. I not only love the excellence that they provide but they are also affordable compared to others. I will definitely be using them again as they offer a wide range of services.

Unfortunately, I can’t actually give a rating on the quality of work because the installer never showed up. We scheduled an installation appointment for 9 AM on a Friday. At 9:15 I called to check that everything was still on schedule. My first call went to voicemail. The second time a woman answered the phone and verified my appointment. She told me that the installer had headed out and she would call him to get a better idea of his schedule. She said she’d call me right back. 10-15 minutes later I received a text message telling me that the installer had to go to another location to finish a project and that he would be running about 2 hours late. While this wasn’t ideal I had taken the day off work so I said I would be home. At around 11:30 I called again and got a voicemail. I left a message asking for an update. I also sent a text in case that was an easier way to communicate. I got no response. I proceeded to call several more times throughout the day and never got an answer. I left 2 more voicemails (one asking them to please just let me know if I was wasting my time waiting for them) and never heard back. I called twice more on Saturday (the day we had scheduled to finish the installation) and, again, no one answered. I honestly am still flabbergasted by the level of unresponsiveness and rudeness they exhibited. It’s one thing to overschedule yourself and need to push back an appointment, but to totally ignore a customer you’ve agreed to serve is just beyond inconsiderate. Long story short, I’d pass on this contractor.
