- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Price quotes are well thought out and based one factors of equipment usage costs, labor costs, vehicle and travel costs, and administrative costs (proposals, customer service, invoicing & payment collection). Most price quotes are negotiable however we operate for profit.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For many basic projects communication and bidding can be done virtually. Although pictures are helpful, an on-site analysis is most accurate and effective. For larger projects a deposit maybe required to cover materials and/or equipment costs. Once price and terms are agreed upon, we will schedule the project and begin work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most services we provide are basic and do not require extensive training. Many members have on-the-job training and prior experience. Some services may require us to subcontract work to specialize individuals or companies. Member of management has a degree in business management.
