- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Not really a standard pricing, as everyone is different with what they can afford. My belief is everyone deserves great food at an affordable price. I try to work with each customer at their level to make it work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It is all about the customer. I want to know what you want, so I can add to your occasion via the food. If the food is great it adds joy to all. In the end I want you pleased.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 30 years hands on experience in the catering field.
