- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We always give you the price before we begin. Most instances, we need to see and inspect the work before we provide you with an up-front, fixed price. All our work is priced per the job. A diagnostic fee is waived if you have us do the work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have been around since 1961. It is our mission to provide superior products and unparalleled service to the people and businesses of Central Indiana. We're not perfect, but if we make a mistake, we'll make it right with you. We want to develop a long relationship with our customers; We'll help you find the solution. - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All our service plumbers are licensed in Indiana per state/local law. All our pluming and heating technicians have weekly training at or facility where we stay fresh and up to date on all the current products, share our experiences in solving problems with each other, learning about new products, and freshening up our customer service skills.
