FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
yes. I am a flat rate company. I do charge a $30 service call fee, but if I do the work I waive it. If I don't, that $30 is good for 48 hours, and for that 48 hours that $30 will be applied to the job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I get a new customer, I typically have many questions about the customer. I try to best understand their habits concerning their plumbing, and the most important of all is the time frame in wich they plan on living there. If they are moving in a year, they may be lookong for a temporary fix, which is typically cheaper. If they are in it for the long haul, alot of times a more permanent fix saves money. I am all about saving my customers money, while charging a price that is fair and honorable. In other words, I sleep well at night.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 14 years of on the job training in the worst situations commercially and residentially. Highly stressful situations have molded me into what I am today.
