We had Zach install a new ceiling fan, lay flooring in the attic, replace a fence post and repair a small roof leak. His work was efficient and high quality. Kind of guy you can trust with the keys to your house while at work. We plan on having him work on other projects.

Zach actually sent me an email on super bowl Sunday with an estimate and request for more information. My water heater had gone out and I'd had no water since Thursday....Monday morning Zach and I talked and he arrived promptly at 2 pm to install my new water heater. I was shown the receipts for everything and he charged me exactly what was agreed upon....which was $100 cheaper then the competition! Zach has a large stocked work truck, did not complain about needed to carry heavy things to my basement and hauled away the old water heater so I didn't have to deal with it.
I would definitely recommend Zach Rotkin and have already started on a list of repairs I'd like to have him do at a later date.

Zach was awesome! He came to the rescue to fix my broken shower handle which a guest ripped off the fixture :/ He was so meticulous and helped me think through several options, including ways to reuse what I had in order to save money. While he was there I decided to also hire him to replace my sink faucet fixtures. He installed it and also found a known problem I had under the sink with some bad pipes and pvc. He took care of that too. All very fair and with great care. Thanks Zach, can't wait to utilize you again in the future.

Zach was amazing!!! My HOA told me in the middle of December that I had to have my fence fixed before the beginning of the year! He came out the same day and worked in the cold to make it happen! He was approachable and down to earth! I plan to hire him again this summer to fix my sidewalk!
