Had such a wonderful experience with Patriot Hardwood Floors. I didn't have to sacrifice time, quality, or price. He was prompt with the project and the open communication kept my mind at ease as I made this investment on my home. I had red oak installed, and he also did the sanding and staining. Before he left the project he gave me helpful tips on how to best take care of the floors for years to come. We would recommend PHF to anyone looking for hardwood floors.

We wanted our oak flooring refinished in our entryway, kitchen and breakfast area. It is 14 years old and had sustained some pretty severe damage, including a burn, from our large family and our critters. The floor is gorgeous, he was able to repair all the damage and the floor looks as good as it did when the house was new. It took a little longer than he predicted (contractors always seem so optimistic!) but that was partly because he's a perfectionist, and isn't that what you want when you're getting this kind of work done? He kept working until we were satisfied, and never complained or asked for more money. Would definitely recommend this business

How did you get started doing this type of work?
I worked in new home construction and renovation and started installing hardwood floors and sanding/refinishing them. I love brining old houses back to life with interior hardwood overhauls.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure they can provide references and pictures of past jobs, hardwood and tile floors are a big investment and they need to be done by a true craftsman, not someone trying to make a quick dollar. Also make sure they are being fair on their material prices, and every expectation you have is enumerated in the beginning to ensure you get what you want.
