John is truly amazing! I am totally inept when it comes to technology, but John was extremely patient with me. He helped set up my son's new Xbox One. In order to do so, he had to get me going on Skype so he could see what was happening on our end. There were many troubleshooting issues that arose. For example, my son's old Xbox account was tied to an email address that no longer exists. John managed to recover the old Xbox info so my son could have his games and progress on his new Xbox. I couldn't be more satisfied with John's skill level or his professionalism. I gave him 5 stars because the system won't let me give him 10. I highly recommend this professional.
