FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is typically subjective, based on the value the scope of the project. Example, a logo is the first thing many customers will see and will identify many companies by, this builds an extreme value. Relying on a designer that has value as a focus of their work can pay off big in the long term. Instead of redesigning your logo you can obtain a logo that can stand the test of time and ensure customers of your stability and strength in the market. Customers like being apart of strong brands which they see as stable and intern reliable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Preparation is vital, and communication is the best way to do just that. My goal is to understand what the customer has in mind and deliver.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I grew up being the boy that always was drawing. I even would make diagrams of disassembled toys. I naturally attended school for fine arts. I learned all my computer skills in my free time. I had poured myself into design applications studying every day. Also, I have worked as a senior designer, marketing director and creative director for a medical company now for eight years.
