- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do have a fixed pricing sheet for residential real estate shoots. Everything else is quoted on an as needed basis per job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually, we will sit down and see what their specific needs are before creating a game plan. We do know quite a bit about every industry we work with, but we learn something new from each customer. No customer needs the same as the last. Each project and customer is unique and requires their own level of understanding. After we get together a game plan and a date, we scout out good areas to launch from and ensure we are legal within the law and the FAA regulations. Lastly, we shoot the project and collect the images before heading back to the customer for a sit down review. Here we take a look at all the images together and make any corrections if necessary.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Each of our team members is either currently in school for unmanned systems training, or has previously completed that training. We also have Private Pilots on our staff and individuals who have nearly 1,000 hours of flying and building time with these complex systems.
