- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Everything is negotiable and we are willing to work around your budget, while still providing everything we strive for. If you received a lower quote from a competitor, please reach back out to me, and lets see where I can do better. With B & K our personalities show how we love what we do and will transfer our energy to your guest.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love meeting new people and most important making their event or festival as easy as possible. We know choosing the right food vendor is important and can be stressful, choose us and watch the stress disappear. We also feel customer service is what makes the food service succeed, and we proved everything for the best. We like to hear ideas if there is a special dish you would like and will do what we can to provide everything to make the seamless and easy. Leave the food and service to us and you enjoy!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are 100% certified through Serve Safe, and have all certifications with the state to cater your event. We also are insured and will provide proof upon request. We have been in business as a family since 1976. We also own a restaurant in Indianapolis that has also been in business just as long. All employees are trained with only one vision, and that is to make you event special and everyone happy.
