- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is set based upon what you, the client wants done. We have several different packages we can offer once we have visited your house or business and see exactly what you are wanting.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with any customers new or returning, we will always come out to your house or place of business and provide a Hassle Free Estimate. Our estimate will clearly outline all fees and services provided. Once the estimate has been viewed by the customer, we will make any adjustments that the customer wishes. Once the estimate is accepted, we will book you into our installation calendar for a date of your choice.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All our staff attend yearly seminars and conferences regarding our trade. We make sure our staff are up to date on the latest product offerings and decorating trends. All of our crew supervisors are trained in first aid and job site safety. If your job requires a boom lift, any staff operating that lift has been trained and certified to OSHA and ANSI standards.
