Introduction: Within safe, trusted relationships, I believe people often find the space they need to grow, learn, change, and begin to experience life as they hope for and desire. I view the client-therapist relationship as extremely important and I desire to create a safe, trusting relationship where my clients can do the work & experience the growth and change they want to in therapy. Some of my main areas of interest are working with couples, women, teenagers, & young adults who are wrestling through issues related to Self-Image & Identity, Relationship Issues, Life Transitions, Spirituality/Faith , Depression, Anxiety, Grief/Loss, Stress, & Shame.
