I contacted HED cleaning management, because i needed my tiles to be clean. I asked them to come and clean my tiles in my kitchen floor and my bathrooms. HED, did an excellent job with my tiles. They are a proffecional cleaning company. I am very happy with the results.

I hired HED Cleaning Management three weeks ago, to cleaning one of my 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms homes. HED help me with all my carpet areas, tile and a standard cleaning for the entire home. I sent a email frequenting HED services and one of the operations manager Joel Diaz contact me, he was very professional and he help me out with a really good quote. I highly recommend this company.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. We set up a visit to our new client, in order to talk about their cleaning needs. 2. After meeting the cleaning needs of our new client, we send our free estimate of the cost of the services (normally our clients will receive their estimate in less than 24 hours). 3. Once the agreement is signed with the final signature of our new client, we agree on the day that our new client would like for us to provide the service. 4. Once the day of service is agreed, we send our technicians to proceed with the service, (The equipment our technicians use is depending on the size of the work, for example; It can be from a powerful portable extractor of 1200PSI, to a powerful Truck Mount).
