I want to express my gratitude and appreciation in finally finding a computer tech person who is ethical, reliable and honest. His name is Javed and his business is “Ethical Tech Support”. Living up to his business name, I need look no further.
I am somewhat of a “techno peasant” and, I am so blessed to have Javed in my life because he has been nothing but incredibly patient and caring, taking away all my stress with any computer issues I am having.
“Ethical Tech Support” has saved me time and much money and, in the process, I have learned much from him and he is by far the best and most excellent computer support person I have ever had the pleasure to know.
Javed is the first “techie” that has made my experience with computers become more fun and stress free and I never, ever thought I would be saying that because computers have been the bane of my existence at times.
His vast knowledge and expertise, combined with answering my calls of distress in a timely and prompt manner have seriously impressed me and impacted my business in a more positive manner.
Not so long ago, I was dealing with my Internet Service Provider and the Tech was not able to even come close to solving my problem. They kept telling me it was a Microsoft problem and then Microsoft said it was a server problem. My email business was at a dead stop for a couple of days and I was stressed to the max. Finally I said, “To heck with those guys!” and called Javed.
He solved my problem quickly and efficiently. I was speechless! Yes, Javed is the Tech anyone needs when they are having computer problems. I do not think there is a problem he could not solve. He is so gifted and I am blessed to have the caliber of a man like in my life and one I can call, “My friend.”

Javed is a stand up guy. I was previously a co worker with him and if I were to need honest, expert technical support I would feel 100% comfortable calling or referring someone to him or his company.
