Steven did a terrific job for an extremely competitive price. With his background in construction and his handyman experience, he went above and beyond what any other cleaning service could provide -- e.g. making minor repairs to light fixtures. He also showed up on time and cheerfully went about his work. The place was spotless and allowed me to recoup my entire deposit. It was the best cleaning service experience I've ever had.

I hired Mr. Grange to repair a roof leak caused by a sky light that was not installed right. Steven came promptly and did the repair. His rate was reasonable and he was very pleasant to talk to. I had not tested the leak but it looked he did it the right way. I am having my fingers crossed and hope it will not leak again because this was the third time I called for repair.

Most of my work ranges from $25 an hour to $35 depending on the complexity. The majority of my work is $25 an hour .
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BA degree in business from Vanguard University and working on a HVACR license.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Started in 2004 when my twin boys were born. Always interested in creative ideas and learning new ways.
