- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
-Asking basic questions to Identify how the nature the issue and how is that affect the client. -Then I examine the device, first physical then the operating system and trying to find more information how i can solve the issue as fast as possible. - At the end I will talk to the client and explain whats happening and why and how in the future can that issue be avoided.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have CompTIA A+ Certification and CompTIA Security+ Certification and completed the courses for the Cisco CCNA.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I stared as a hobby a long time ago and i realized that i love what I do. So the hobby became my profession.
