Desired cooking skills
Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: I will go above and beyond the call of duty whether I'm personally catering your event or teaching you the fundamentals. I want to tell a story with the food I make and I really want to help people feel great about the food they cook. Cooking is not difficult and eating healthy without sacrificing flavor is also much more simple than you would think. My philosophy on cooking is simple: A recipe should only be used as a guideline and never as the absolute truth... it is up to the individual to add their personal touches to any dish they make. Cooking is an art. However, baking is a science and requires detailed numbers and recipes. Being able to help people make valuable changes in their lifestyle that positively increase their health is my biggest passion. I love people more than I love food. Food is simply the platform that I use to make a difference in peoples' lives.

I do not like to post anything online and hide behind a computer crying like a baby, but I would be doing a dis-service to my community if I did not share my most recent and horrific experience with icecooks. The first 2 weeks of personal meal prep were fair, I decided to try karim's attempt at a catering function for my employer. Hired by the company via my suggestion, that mistake will never happen again, the company was promised the moon and the stars through a lavish reprinted menu. I was suspicious as I had not seen this type of food delivery with my personal experience with my first 2 weeks of meal prep, but I have always provided a benefit of the doubt to many of my personal employees and interns. The first day: dry/hard breads, bulk pasta and a bed of lettuce. No proteins, little/no dressing, no dishware, no table covers, soggy salad with tiny portions, a total embarrassment. After being yelled at by several of my colleagues and paying for a 3rd party to deliver food out of pocket, the company was promised a better display of food for day 2 of 3 days of meal prep. The second day, instead of better food or edible food, things were added such as butter for the hard bread, tomato sauce instead of dry pasta with 1 piece of sliced dry salmon. I could go on and on, but a team of people wrote about the experience to me, it was the worst in my 22 years of hosting events and functions in the community. Please use one of the hundreds of other meal prep or catering companies, this one is run by a very inexperienced recent college grad with little ability to execute a menu for an event.

Hi Tanya, you are simply upset because I have filed a lawsuit against you for not paying me. You have created a false claim against me and I assure you this will be used as evidence. I may even have a case for defamation at this point. I wish you the best of luck.
