Hands on training, Trial and errors. "because no cooking is ever suppose to be exact"
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been in the kitchen since 18 years of age. Cooked from dirt cheap 1-star restaurants to cooking for former mayor of Los Angeles Antonio Villaraigosa in CSUF, learned from very famous chef David Slay, an amazing experience with White House Catering and for many venues in Anaheim, CA.
