- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The pricing the pretty decent, we like to be competitive with the pricing with our peers. But we know that our quality of work will set us apart from the rest. It’s how we’ve converted our customers to clients over the years.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always get acquainted on the phone first, we set up a plan to come by and evaluate the place and make an offer and once the deal is made we either can start right then and there or plan on a day that we are both available.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Veronica and I are both mothers, we know what it is to deep clean, we know what tough clean ups are, we know what attention to detail is. We just know.
