- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've always been fascinated by the hospitality industry. When I was 7 years old my parents took me to a nice restaurant and I was fascinated by the atmosphere! So much so that the manager took me back to the kitchen to meet the chefs that prepared our meal. I knew then that this is what I wanted to do for myself.
