- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Not every wedding is the same. We customize our packages to fit your day. We want to get to know your wedding details and what's important to you then we can create the perfect package to include everything you want and nothing you don't.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First and foremost we want to get to know you and your story. We want to hear all the details of your wedding and what you're most excited about and of course how you met. This gives you a chance to get to know us as well. We don't want to be just a vendor, we want to become a friend that's creating your everlasting video memory!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have attended many workshops and trainings across the country to sharpen our skills. We always want to improve our work for you so we invest our time to become better storytellers.
