- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to be reasonable and fair to my customers and myself.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
on my first visit, I spend time observing and questioning their project, explaining what I would do and making suggestions on the best way to make a proper repair. I am not looking to make work up, I would rather save them money and continue to be their regular go-to guy.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a college grad and have been working in construction since then and I'm 50 years old now!
